Lakeside Physiotherapy

West Kirby based physiotherapy service, providing you with a personal touch of clinical excellence.

About Lakeside Physiotherapy

Moving forward together

Hello, I'm Sue Bintley-Bagot, the founder of Lakeside Physiotherapy, a physiotherapy clinic on Grange Road, West Kirby, Wirral. I have a passion for individualised treatment, built upon a foundation of thorough diagnosis and clinical excellence. We're registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, as well as with the HCPC, plus we're BUPA accredited.

At Lakeside Physiotherapy, our physio service is personal to you and our goal is to enable you to reach your goals. Your body and your problems are unique to you, so we take care to treat you as such. Your concerns, however big or small, are our problems and we are committed to resolve them with you.

Rather than providing ‘cookie-cutter’ style solutions and taking short cuts, we will continually work with you to find the root cause of your issue and personally journey with you, moving forward together, until we resolve them.

Since qualifying in 1992, I have worked in 3 large NHS trusts across Merseyside. Having gaining expertise in various musculoskeletal conditions, I came to live and work on the Wirral as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner, leading musculoskeletal services with GP’s and Orthopaedic Consultants.

I have expertise in a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, such as orthopaedics, rheumatology, joint and soft tissue injuries and biomechanics. I am a PINC cancer rehabilitation physiotherapist and I teach GP’s joint and soft tissue injections. Through the year I am a visiting lecturer and examiner for Chester University MSc students. I have co-written and authored published works in leading journals and books.

You can view our full range of physiotherapy services in the section below or, to make an appointment, call us on 0151 625 6294.

Home Visits

Sometimes, treatment at home can be more appropriate. Whether it is due to reduced mobility, feeling more secure at home or whether you would like advice regarding aids, adaptations and equipment.

Our staff have extensive experience and knowledge of mobility problems and importance of maintaining independence. We are more than happy to complete a home visit and will bring all necessary equipment required.

Lakeside Physiotherapy has teamed up locally with RKS Occupational Therapy Services, to ensure that we provide you with the very best Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy advice.

Above all, we will always treat you and your home with courtesy and respect.

Our West Kirby clinic is easy to find, only a few metres from West Kirby train station and The Concourse. There are a set of stairs up to the clinic, so if you have mobility problems which prevent you from climbing stairs, a home visit may be a better option for you.
