Next Steps Cancer Rehab Classes

Our Cancer Rehabilitation Classes

The role of exercise is becoming increasingly important in cancer care and is key to recovery after treatments, improving well-being and reducing the likelihood of co-morbidities and cancer recurrence. We believe no one facing cancer should be left to rehabilitate on their own. PINC & STEEL programs support men and women with any type of cancer.

What is Pinc and Steel?

PINC & STEEL is really passionate about helping people navigate the difficult world of cancer treatment so they can minimise the side effects of the treatments and encourage them to have the best quality of life they can.

PINC & STEEL understands and knows that it is more than just helping people after cancer, it is about giving hope, strength and courage. This is who we are. We have helped thousands of people to date and we will continue to help thousands more.

There are now more people surviving a cancer diagnosis, but they can face an increased risk of extended health problems, premature mortality and harsh side effects from their treatment. The treatments are tough but are more manageable when people know what to expect and are given good advice on all the things they can do to maximise their own recovery and help them take positive steps for their future health and wellbeing.

In 2020 The PINC and STEEL Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation Charity was established to help fund patients to get the rehabilitation they need. We don’t ask any questions, other than would you like a funded place on a 10 week exercise program?  – as we’d love to offer you a place!

Now more than ever cancer patients need our help – the covid crisis has left many with delayed treatment and financial insecurity.  The foundation is here to help, £100 will fund 1 person through a 10 week program. That program is a game changer, it will give many their lives back and certainly put life back on track. We are truly grateful for every donation we get – Thank you so much.
