How long will my appointment last?
All new patients are booked in for a 1 hour session. Some insurance companies specify the time we spend with you so we would let you know what that is when you book.
What should I wear?
Wear easy flexible clothing that you feel comfortable in. It is ideal to come in loose clothing that you can move well in. Please, no jeans! (they are a physio’s nightmare!)
Will I be given exercise to carry on at home
Absolutely – everyone gets homework! Exercises and advice will be given to you that are specific to you and your problem. We will go through them all with you then and there but we can also email them out exercises to you if you want us to.
What will happen after my assessment?
We will go through what we feel is the best plan to ensure your symptoms are resolved and discuss it with you. If you are happy with a follow-up appointment we will book that then and there for you.
If we need to contact your GP or Consultant we can do that for you (no charges apply!)
Is your clinic safe to covid19?
Yes it is. We have worked tirelessly to keep our clinic safe over the last 18 months and we will continue to do so.
What If I forget my exercises?
Don’t worry you wont be the first!! we will happily go over them all again, either by mailing them out or on the phone or arranging 5 mins to pop back in!
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes we do. We work with all the major insurance companies and payback schemes. Please let us know when you book so we can ensure we work to their specifications.
Will I get a receipt for my session?
Yes of course. We email these out to you within a few days from your session.
